A Franciacorta that comes from selected vineyards, exclusively dedicated to the production for La Madonnina. The best sparkling wine of the Italian tradition, to be combined with our local excellences.

Blend: Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc
Production Area: Franciacorta
Production per hectare: not exceeding 95 quintals
Harvest: only perfectly ripe and healthy grapes manually collected in small perforated crates
Vinification: soft pressing with very low yields
Fermentation: with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature of 16-18C in concrete tanks
Aging: at least 24 months on lees in the bottle
Disgorgement: at least 3 months before release


It shows a deep straw yellow color, with golden reflections. A delicate aroma, with notes of yeast and baked bread, combined with a very elegant fruitiness (Golden Apple and Banana). Balanced at palate, of medium persistence, with a pleasant bitter aftertaste, rightly acidulous.
